    The standard has been that speech that advocates a specific, proximate, action which endangers others is off limits. Just being offensive or “hateful”, whatever that means, should not be limited. After all, who decides? Who monitors? Also, it would seem that having someone spouting hate speech is better than having the false sense of security that those haters don’t exist.
